This course was the first time that I was able to team teach with another future teacher.  I worked with Brittany on concept lesson plans.  It was a great cooperative learning experience for myself.  I would often look towards Brittany to make sure I included all aspects of the lesson we were working towards.  It was a great way to differentiate instruction with two teachers in the room.  We were able to quickly learn what worked in the classroom and bounce ideas off one another.  It was nice to be alloted three hours in the morning to work with students on concept lesson plans that we developed.  I learned a lot about classroom management and noticed students enjoyed graphic organizers.
