Classroom Management:

Effective classroom management is essential for success both the student and the teacher.  It allows students to grow academically and excel in a comfortable learning environment.  Students are able to take ownership and responsibility in their learning.  I believe that classroom rules exemplify the expectations that you have for your students.  I plan on including students in making the rules for their classroom.  It enables them to take on the ownership and responsibility of their own rules.  Therefore I also plan on having classroom meetings if issues arise.  It continues to build strong relationships among myself and my students.
